jon and kate plus 8 is my fave show but im sad cuz john took the kids out of the show because he got fired or watever and all he cares about is himself ugh damn i hate him it was gonna be called kate plus 8 but jon told the producers he didnt want the kids in the show i mean wtf tht is what the kids have known thier whole lives and it just stopped abrubtly but lol anyway ur really funny

i do aphogee treatments once a month too, and yes you have to be careful cus your hair is hard and now it WONT break off if you touch it. Secondly…dont rub your hair while you in the shower rinsing it out bcus it’s so still BUT once again…it will not fall out…..waaayyy exagurated

hey tao….i put the keratin reconstructor for an hour on my mom’s hair…i was using a deep conditioenr so i thought i would add this too……..it turned out very hard…i know i made a major mistake after seeing this video, because i felt soo bad after seeing the results that i wanted to learn what caused the reaction….so here’s my question…what is the maximum time you should leave on the keratin reconstructor? Thanks!!

ur only supposed to protein treat ur hair every 6 wks. or ur hair will get brittle from protein overload and it will fall out.
